Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understanding our commitment to fair and transparent policies

At Medax OSCE Academy, we’re committed to providing high-quality OSCE training and support. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Medical emergencies: A verified medical emergency with valid documentation, submitted within 7 days of the missed session.
  • Early cancellation: Requests made within 3 days of the course start date may be refunded minus a 30% administrative fee.
  • Academy-related issues: Full refunds or rescheduling may be offered if the academy cancels or significantly disrupts a session (e.g., technical failures, tutor unavailability, or course cancellation).

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Failure to attend booked online or practical sessions without prior notice.
  • Change of mind after course commencement.
  • Non-attendance at practical sessions, even if online training has been completed.
  • Requests made after the course has ended or long after the scheduled session date.

Once the online training component is completed and a practical session has been reserved, the course is considered to be non-refundable.

Our terms and conditions (T&Cs) clearly state that refunds are not applicable once sessions have commenced or resources have been allocated.

Rescheduling & Rebooking

If you are unable to attend your booked practical session, you may request rescheduling at least 7 days before the session start date.

If you miss your session without notice, you may be eligible to rebook at a discounted rate or with discretion of Medax OSCE Academy, subject to availability.

Course Transfers

Transfers to another batch or intake of a course must be requested before the course start date and may be subject to an administrative fee and availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
